William J. Bennett - Director

William J. Bennett is co-chairman of FreedomWorks Empower America and has been described as one of the most influential social and political observers in America. Bennett was appointed the nation's "Drug Czar" by President George Bush, heading the Office of National Drug Control Policy from 1989 to1990. Bennett served as Secretary of Education and currently co-chairs the National Commission of Civic Renewal and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America.

 

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. - Director

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is chief prosecuting attorney for the Hudson Riverkeeper and senior attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council. He is also a clinical professor and supervising attorney at the Environmental Litigation Clinic at Pace University School of Law in New York. Earlier in his career he served as assistant district attorney in New York City. Kennedy is the co-author of the best-selling novel, The Riverkeepers.

 

Terdema L. Ussery, II - Director

Terdema L. Ussery, II earned a bachelor's degree in 1981 at Princeton University, a master's degree in government in 1984 from Harvard University, and a law degree in 1987 from the University of California at Berkeley. He is currently president and CEO of the NBA Dallas Mavericks, and served as president of Nike Sports Management. In 2003, Terdema was named co-executive of the year by Black Enterprise Magazine. Thereafter, he was elected to the board of trustees for Princeton University.

 

Fred G. Levin - Director

Fred G. Levin is chairman of the law firm of Levin, Papantonio. In 1999, the National Law Journal named Mr. Levin as the top civil litigator in Florida and one of the top ten in the United States. Five years earlier, he received the "Perry Nichols Award," which is the highest honor bestowed by the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and is given in recognition for a person's lifetime achievements in the pursuit of justice. Additionally, in 1998, the University of Florida changed the name of its law school to the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

 

Kay Stephenson - Director / Corporate Officer

George Kay Stephenson, President and CEO, establishes corporate policy and directs the company's growth strategy. Stephenson's management and business insight stems from his experience as a successful professional football coach from 1975-1998, including head coach of the Buffalo Bills.  Stephenson has identified the best and the brightest talent in software development, operations management and public safety information technology to create an unparalleled team of professionals.

 

Shane Lincke - Director / Corporate Officer

Shane K. Lincke, Vice President of Product Development & Implementation, is the founder of CTS and principal developer of its core products. He received his associate degree in Criminal Justice Technology and his bachelor degree in Computer Science. He developed maintenance and logistics software systems as a software engineer for United Nuclear Corporation and United Technologies. Lincke, a commissioned law enforcement officer, has served as a technology consultant for several law enforcement agencies, including as Information Systems Director for Escambia County, Florida, Sheriff's Office.
