Consolidated Technology Solutions (CTS America) is a privately held corporation engaged in system development, implementation and support services involving public safety, first responder, homeland security and citation management. The company rapidly adapts and modifies complex integrated systems that allow its users to access real-time information and achieve increased functionality that enables a safer, more effective, and more efficient operation.
The founder of CTS America began developing the CTS software in 1988, and its first installation occurred in 1989. Since that time CTS America's team of engineers and programmers have developed one of the most comprehensive, integrated, and scaleable public safety product suites available, with products that include Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Data Computer Systems, Record Management Systems (Police and Fire), Case Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, Advanced Crime Analysis, Civil Enforcement, Administrative Programs, Red Light Enforcement, False Alarm Enforcement and Code Enforcement.
Headquartered in Florida, CTS America services approximately fifty agencies, with a combination of more than 4,000 MCT and CAD installations. The company actively and successfully competes in all size markets, with products that scale from an agency of ten officers to ten thousand officers. In fact, CTS America services agencies as small as Shalimar, Florida, to as large as the State of Florida Law Enforcement Technology Project (FLETP). The FLETP is a consortium consisting of thirteen state agencies, including the Florida Highway Patrol, the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. Other CTS America clients include the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Additionally, CTS America's unique switch and bridging technology permits multiple agencies the ability to seamlessly share data in real time. In fact, the Department of Homeland Security recently provided Okaloosa County, Florida a federal grant for CTS America to provide data sharing (interoperability) for the ten county Region 1, Florida area.
